1. Order Processing Window

Orders are eligible for cancellation or modification only before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

2. Cut-Off for Changes

To ensure fast fulfillment, Bayiren processes orders quickly. Requests must be submitted before the order is processed.

• Processing time begins within 1 business day
• Cut-off time for changes aligns with order processing schedule (5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday)
• Requests made after processing begins may not be accepted

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

• Full name used at checkout
• Email address used for purchase
• Clear description of the requested change or cancellation

4. Possible Order Modifications

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist with the following changes:

Once an order has been packed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

7. Address Changes

Customers may request an update to their shipping address only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order is in transit, address changes are not possible and delivery will follow the original shipping details provided.

8. Processing Speed Notice

Because we aim to fulfill orders quickly, we strongly recommend contacting support immediately if a change or cancellation is needed.

Delays in communication may result in the order already entering processing or shipment stages.

9. Shipping After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification. In this case, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
